• HP Anytime (IVRS): Use HP Anytime (IVRS) service for simple and direct booking of your HP Gas refill. Call on the 88888 23456 IVRS number and follow the voice prompts to book a gas cylinder refill, to know the status of the booking, or to manage an account. After booking over IVRS, Customer will also receive the payment link on registered mobile number. You can visit HP Anytime Page for more details on one time registration process.
• Missed Call: Give a missed call on 94936 02222 from your registered mobile number and book your HP Gas Refill. After booking confirmation, Customer will also receive the payment link on registered mobile number.
• WhatsApp: To book an HP Gas refill via WhatsApp, use the HP Gas service's official WhatsApp number ( 92222 01122). Send a message “Hi” from your registered mobile number to start the chatbot and refill request.

• VitranXP App: HP Gas VitranXP, an inhouse app developed for the Cylinder Delivery Personnel. The application available in hand held device / Phone of delivery personnel. The VitranXP features a dynamic QR code for secure UPI payment and allows gas refill payments at delivery. It eases the transaction and offers flexibility for both customers and delivery personnel.
• Smart ID Card: The Smart ID Card for delivery personnel features an SBI UPI QR code for easy payments. You can scan the code to pay instantly and make refill payments upon delivery.
• Cash on Delivery: You can choose to pay in cash when the delivery is made. Make sure you have the exact amount on hand to ensure a smooth transaction.
• Umang Mobile App: This mobile APP is available under Play Store for Android & IOS.

• How can I cancel my HP Gas Cylinder booking?

  You can cancel your HP Gas cylinder booking in two ways: by calling your HP Gas distributor directly or using the HP Gas mobile app- HP PAY. Just provide your booking number when calling or follow the app instructions. Please note prepaid booking cannot be cancelled.

• How can one register on the HP Gas app- HP PAY?

  To register on the HP PAY app:

  • Download the HP PAY App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store
  • After installation, open the app and select the option of registration.
  • Enter your HP Gas registered mobile number
  • Verify the number with the help of an OTP.
  • Set a pin and login again.
• How to check the booking status of HP Gas?

  You can verify your HP Gas booking status from our MyHPGas Website or through our HP PAY app. Log in yourself, go to the booking section in the site/app, and proceed to the 'Booking Status' menu under LPG Section, or you can contact your distributor for updates regarding the same.

• Do I need to provide Delivery Authentication Code (DAC/ OTP) at time of delivery?

  HP Gas sends (SMS) a Delivery Authentication Code (DAC/OTP) to registered mobile number of customers for all online LPG bookings made through various platforms such as IVRS, missed calls, HP PAY App, BBPS Apps, website, and others. In the LPG delivery system, the DAC plays a crucial role in enhancing security, ensuring accurate delivery, and preventing fraud or theft.

  The DAC/OTP is also made available online in your HP PAY App. It helps with customer authentication, delivery confirmation, and improves overall transparency in the process.
